To enter: You must provide your name, email and mailing address in the boxes provided at Fabulous Fall Giveaway on Outlet Babe site (“Sponsor”). By entering you agree to opt-in for the newsletter from OutletBabe.com. You must be a newsletter subscriber at the time of the winning drawing. Your mailing address is provided for the purposes of shipping prizes only. Limit one entry per person, per computer, per household, per IP address. One (1) winner will receive a $50 Prepaid Giftcard of the sponsor's choosing, valued at $50.00. The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or around November 28, 2008 among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner's first name and last initial, city and state will appear on Outletbabe.com

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The potential winners will be notified by email and will have seven (7) days to confirm receipt of email and eligibility to receive prize. Failure of winner to comply with the prize claim requirements for any reason, or, the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable, or, the determination that the winner is ineligible to receive a prize, will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize is not transferable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for shipment of prize. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor from any and all liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, including, but not limited to personal injury, death and property damage.
